When you call a hotel's shuttle number powered by Aerogousa, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages related to your shuttle request. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is only shared with the specific hotel and driver facilitating your transportation. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP".
4. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- With Hotels & Drivers: We share your name, phone number, and location with the specific hotel and shuttle driver you are requesting service from.
- With Service Providers: We use third-party vendors for telephony (e.g., Twilio), cloud hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
